Cannot delete spam e-mails

Today have started receiving a new type of spam e-mail. In Outlook Express in the column "From" " where the sender's name is, it is blank.
When I go to "Block Sender" I get the warning noise and message that
I cannot block or delete the sender/message.
I use Spamihilator which is generally OK, not perfect but I always check it and can restore messages they wrongly identified as spam.
But these new messages are worrying and I want to block the sender but
by them hiding their ID it is impossible to do.
Any advice to a mature woman and self-taught computer user would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you block based on an empty From field?

I'd try (I don't use OE) to setup a rule to move all messages with an empty From to Junk. If you can't do this, I guess you'd have to do the reverse. Setup rules to move all mail to a junk folder, and then other rules to move mail which has a correct From field, or from your contact list back into your inbox.

Are you sure its blank and not just white coloured text?
