Egg Card Payment Date

in Credit cards
Hi all,
Have just got myself an Egg Card with 0% balance transfer. I have transferred a balance of £3000 and hope to pay it off at £330 a month. I have just noticed when I checked my account online that my payment date is the 28th of the month, which is also the day i get paid (I have set up a direct debit to make payments each month).
I was just wondering, does this mean that if I get paid on the 28th the money will be there to cover my repayment or do they take money out a few days before so it is on my card by the 28th. If this is the case then I wont have money in my account to cover it. Also, if this is the case do Egg change your payment date if you call and ask them to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Normaly they give you a payment by date on each statement, it maybe your date is before its due type of thing. I wouldnt take the risk though, give them a bell.0
