How long did you wait for your vouchers? Did you all wait for an email from iwoot? As I said before, I just followed the link from here and immediately got over-excited and posted up 43 reviews in a few days so that I'd be in time for the deadline. But I never received an email from iwoot after I'd followed the link.

I can't find anywhere on iwoot where I can ask for help with this query

Anyone advise? Ta in advance :T

I got an email from Qype telling me I was half way there after 20 reviews and after 40 that I had completed the challenge. Today my voucher came through from IWOOT. I'm not sure that you've registered properly for the challenge if you didn't recieve either of those emails from Qype there were limited spaces. You need to contact Qype and explain the situation. Theres a contact page on the site

I got my voucher today. IWOOT are offering 15% cashback through TopCashBack. Don't know if this will work with gift vouchers but it's got to be worth a try.

When I did the challenge I didn't get an 'half way there' email message and when I did over 40 reviews I didn't get, 'completed the challenge' email from them either. I contacted them via this email address: [EMAIL="iwootpromo@qype.com"]iwootpromo@qype.com[/EMAIL]

And I got a reply from them, saying that in my account settings in Qype, I had selected to recieved no emails from them.

So, to enable it, you go to:

Log into Qype > Click on My Qype (at the top right hand corner) > Account Settings > Feeds / Subscriptions ; Email notifications > Select 'Alert for new messages and contact enquiries

Thank you very much Wotlk!! That email address is very helpful - up to now I've written to both Qype and iwoot but have had no replies. I tried two routes to contact someone on Qype, first by responding to an email received from the Qype Team telling me how wonderful I was and now I was nearly a Ninja(!) but although there is a 'reply' button you can't actually send the reply! Then I used the 'Contact us' button and I got an email to tell me that someone had replied to my review (me apparently!) and there was my email message about the vouchers!

It looks like they encourage email correspondence!

like others have said mine went into my spam folder so its a good job my hubby also got his or i would have never saw it

I recieved my voucher code; a voucher code with a password. How on earth do I go about redeeming this? The online system isnt accepting anything. Is anyone else having this problem? If someone has a solution can you please, pretty please private message me the solution (so i get an email responce) thanks guys!
