Is this reasonable? Extensive kitchen works

Hello All,

Costs at this end seem to be going up and up, but here's the story so far

RIP OUT KITCHEN INC CEILING
HACK OFF PLASTER TO CEILING
KNOCK DOWN UNUSED OUTSIDE TOILET ADJACENT TO KITCHEN
RIP OUT DOOR, BRICK UP CAVITY THUS CREATED, AND CREATE NEW OPENING FOR NEW DOOR IN DIFFERENT WALL
MAKE GOOD EXTERIOR WHERE TOILET WAS
INSTALL DOOR
INJECT DAMP PROOFING
REPLASTER TO CEILING
SUPPLY + FIT NEW BOILER + VALVES TO RADIATORS - REPOSITION IN KITCHEN
TILE FLOOR
BUILD KITCHEN FROM FLAT PACK
INSTALL KITCHEN

I supply everything apart from the boiler and the other central heating widgets and am paying for an electrician separately. Am also getting another company to template and fix worktops. There's no wall tiling.

Costs currently running at about 11 - 12K ex VAT

Does this sound right? A lot of this is labour rather than materials and after three days and 2 x builders the first four jobs in this list are done.

Kitchen is 3.7m x 2.4m
