Any ideas on closing the open line? Were called yesterday by a number but don't recognise it. Just silence on other end. Been there since and calling our number externally says it's busy.
We're on Talktalk and the broadband's working fine. I've tried disconnecting everything from master socket but still no change. Have sent an email to talktalk but no response yet (don't want to spend an extortionate amount on hold on my mobile in order to phone them, especially as I may not get anywhere since I'm not the account holder).
