BT Hub wireless problems

I don't know if anyone can help.
My BT hub was playing up yesterday, and the help wizard popped up and said to restart/reset the hub, which I did, and sure enough the BB connection on my hardwired PC is running perfectly again. Unfortunately, somehow the reset appears to have switched off the wireless side of things - the little blue light is still lit saying everything is ok, but since the reset my husband can't even find a signal on his laptop now, let alone connect.
Any ideas - the hub is new to us, so I don't know where to start - can't see anything on the BT FAQs that might apply either.

A restart should not lose your settings, however a reset will mean that the wireless encryption settings will be lost and need re-entering again. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Thanks - just checked the side of the hub and the button says restart, but if it is settings that have been lost, how would I go about finding what/where to enter them? Hubby has managed to loose the disc that came with the hub, but I have just found the booklet, so I think I have some reading to do.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0
