How about twice lucky?

I know I should search for the answer to this but there are so many thousands of posts here, I just thought I would see if I could get a quick answer to this question.

I have had my charges reclaimed back in 2007, I recieved approx. £1400 from Natwest. But since then, I have had more charges and this afternoon I checked my bank to find over £100 of charges in the past 7 days alone!!! (takes the p**s right?)

So although I have reclaimed them before, can I do it again?

Thanks, Adey

Yes, you can claim any charges incurred since your previous claim

    Brilliant... Thanks.

Just wasn't sure because the letter I got the first time round said that I accept any future charges... Which I don't because surely something is wrong if I can get over £100 of charges in 7 days!

One last thing, on the step by step guide it states that I can send the letter requesting the charges to my local branch. Although last time I did this, I remember I sent the letters somewhere else, I think it was the Natwest collections department but cannot find the address anywhere, have searched for it.

For natwest users, Where did you send your request letters to?

    Thanks, Adey
