CC Debt - Transfer advice Req pls!!

Hi - 1st time Ive used this site and I could really do with some decent advice!

I owe over 2 cards about £8000 (Capital One & Bank of Scotland) and was wondering what the best thing to do with regards to balance tranfers. I am not wanting to continue to pay interest!
Does anyone know if I can lump the 2 together and get a deal with interest free for 9 months or so.
Then move it about again in 9 months time.

I know it's a lot of money and I'm unsure if a new 'CC Lender' would take that amount on.
My concern is since I / my wife applied for these cards originally, I have started up my own business and am doing ok. - would this work against me to a new lender?

I have never missed a payment ever and I would like to think that my credit rating would be fine.

All advice would be welcome!
