Is anyone really surprised that Wacko did this ??
Sorry to hear your news OP0 -
Unfortunately is the name of game with concert tickets, not much you (or ticketmaster) can do.0

My thoughts exactly! He's not exactly known for following through his obligations is he? I wouldn't put money on him completing all the dates, although even I thought he may do a couple before he started cancelling! :rolleyes:woohoo_postingid wrote: »Is anyone really surprised that Wacko did this ??0 -
Today they have said all the concerts could be delayed for 8 months.Officially he is having a skin cancer operation but they reckon he actually has been performing terribly in rehearsals and is months away from getting ready for the concerts.0

Does anyone know how long we have to decide whether we accept the new date or get a refund?
I had tickets for the 14th July and they have been moved now to the 6th March. I cant decide whether its worth just cutting my losses now and going for a refund while I still can. If all the shows end up being moved/cancelled, getting a refund will be a nightmare! I dont want to have to decide yet though, I was thinking of seeing what the reviews were of the first couple of shows if they do go ahead.struggling to be debt free.....0 -
Sorry to hear about everyone's cancelled shows. Just wondering how the refund process works and whether the full total (ie including booking fee) is refunded?
If not, I reckon Ticketmaster are onto a winner with all those £5 booking fees. :eek:0 -

I would get a refund and cut your losses to be honest. Other than the first few shows I can't see him doing any more after that.
Hopefully after this shambles (which it is sure to be), we won't be hearing any more from him. :j0 -
A shambling wreck of a man in his 50s on tour because he's desperate for money. How can cancellations be a surprise to anyone?
I'd love to have seen him in his prime, but now will surely just be embarrassing (unless he gets mooned again in the middle of Earth Song, which I would pay good money to watch). They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -

Hi,
Where exactly have they stated he has skin cancer ..... I don't think the Sun counts ....
This is down to the fact that the Madonna concerts only finish 2/3 days before, so they will not have time to get the stage set up for such a long tour ....
I think we should give him a chance ... instead of writing him off ....

I demand compensation from Kevin Shields for taking the proverbial over the My Bloody Valentine remasters!0
