Hi, I have asked my bank to repay my bank charges, I have a pending court case,that is frozen, I asked them to pay now, dew to hardship, they told me that it does not apply to me because I had a business account, is this true?

Yes the FSA waiver applies to the OFT test case which is for personal current accounts0
