No "Wireless Networks" Tab

Hi,

I can only access the internet for about a minute, tops, then the connection to the router drops. I want to "use Windows to configure my wireless network settings" within the Wireless Networks" tab to see if it sorts the problem out. However, the tab is not there.

Any ideas!

Used to find that was my issue when using windows network manager. Have you not got one you could use with your router?

Check your router settings to the hub and see if you have a disconnection set to one minute - should be 0 for continuous line

Thanks for prompt reply.

I should have mentioned other computers are connected wirelessly and have no issues.

Having discovered the "Wireless Zero Configuration" utility and starting it, the "Wireless Networks" tab appeared, but for only a few seconds.

Does this new piece of info help?
