Halifax bank charges reclaim

A few months back i sent off my statements with listing of what they owed me and got them sent back to me saying the test case has not gone through yet so cannot claim. Has this finished yet? Can i now claim?

No never did it that way so does that mean i have to wait?0

you can still put in a claim for them using the letter templates on this website they could leave your claim till after the test case but if you have been made redundant then you can claim under financial difficulties0

Yeah i sent the letters off and they sent the letter back saying i could not claim for them yet.
No don't have any dept so looks like i will have to wait!! Thanks for you help0
