hsbc reclaiming help!!!!!1

just got of the phone to hsbc advisor they said that the ctc i recieve is included in my expenditure!how is that so? that is just enough for my 2 kids but the advisor worked out i have 25 spare a month from that so can claim financial hardship!!!is this right? plz help told them that ave no other income apart from that as have split with misuss so have to look after kids and cant work.she said that i dont qualify and not to apply again till the court decision

    seems to me like she may be trying to fob you off, ring again to speak to someone else x

    Have they said that you have included Child Tax Credit on your expenditure rather than your income?

    basically she asked for me to provide income and expendiyure details i told her my only income was child tax credit so she added it up and then asked me how much i spent? told her that money was for children but because of situation am having to spend some on my self and her responce was that i am not in difficulty because i am living of that money

    Zam, what I want you to do is take a look at the link below

    This gives you two guides, one is a budgetting guide and the other one is a common financial statement. Have a read of both guides and sit down and work out everything.
    You need to focus on Priority debt arrears and on whether there is any room for manoevre in terms of income and expenditure. If there isn't any room then print out the Common Financial Statement, include any priority debt arrears and send a letter explaining your circumstances and that the amount outstanding will clear those priority debts arrears.

    have already done a letter explaining this their responce is that i am not in difficulty my debt is with the bank of about 4000 and with a finance company of about 5000 told them that that money will go towards them and that my charges add up to atleast 6000 without interest but want them to make a offer so in respect to what i owe them.thought that might do the trick but this is the 3rd time they ave rejected me!they said that this is there final responce!anything else i can do because am really struggling.

    Financial Ombudsman service is the next step.
