Does this Sound Odd ?

Sent in my AQUA application (received letter saying 'your Aqua card is waiting for you, please sign & return....)

Got PIN number in mail Monday

Got Insurance stuff today (took out PPI to maybe ensure successful app)

But no card yet ...

Surely would have thought get card first PIN number later etc..
Any one had experience like this with Aqua?

never dealt with Aqua but generally in my experience PIN always comes before card

I can't quite remember but i'm pretty certain my pin came before the card. I didn't get any PPI paperwork. They tried to sell that to me when i phoned to register and activate my card.

Yep, i'm sure the pin came first :cool:.
