Fabulous Mascara with a small price tag?

Or are there different ones in different batches of mags?

I have the waterproof Bad Gal (got it a couple of months ago) - it's pants.

I'm sticking to Blinc.

Just discovered that today as well when I pick up a copy. I've seen a few posts elsewhere saying it was the waterproof one (I originally saw it on here) so now wondering wheher both are available. Any one know? Normal Bad Gal is pants for staying power.
