Updating a pending Claim?

Hi,

I'm new here and apologies if this is covered elsewhere - there's so much great content it's hard to get through it all!!

I have a claim pending, like many others, and which goes back a while. Since then I have incurred more of these outrageous charges and wanted to ask if I should update my original claim or submit a new claim?

You can claim back any further charges. Is the claim on hold through the bank or the county court(or MCOL)?

In that case if you have a reference number for the claim on hold then write to the bank with that number and add the additional charges to it.
