No it stopped.
Q. What has happened to the Child Maintenance Bonus?
A.The Child Maintenance Bonus came to an end on 24 December 2008 and has been replaced by the benefit disregard. This means parents with care will be able to keep up to £20 a week of any child maintenance paid before it affects the amount of benefit they receive.
It will be the responsibility of the parent with care to inform Jobcentre Plus of the total amount of maintenance received.
In April 2010 a full disregard will be introduced meaning any money parents receive in child maintenance payments will not be taken into account when calculating out-of-work benefits or Housing and Council Tax benefits.
