Hi, I have been trying for weeks to get hold of a paper copy of my July 2008 bill. I need to get some specific information about calls amde to a number so I can put in an expenses claim for work. I have been told countless times "it is in the psot" and it never arrives. i have jsut complained again and been told it will be there in 14 days only to receive a call immediately after saying the information is not availble. i would have thought that information (particularly because it involves financial matters) has to be kept for a certain amount of time? Has anyone else had any probelms like this? I can't see why it is so hard to get such simple information about my account! DO I have a valid point ?!!!

Hi Pink penguin, You should be able to print off a pdf copy of your bt bill from your online account. I would think you should get the July 2008 from there as I can from my account....Good luck shrewdal0
