What was your best Freebie?

I was just wondering this as I recently joined Freecycle and also because I got a few great freebies today. :j
I got a Green & Blacks sample bar through the post from Tesco today, which started the day off well. Then I took some stuff to the dump and the council workers gave me a bouquet of beautiful flowers, a brand new stuffed elephant and a box of twelve garden plants, all perfect. It turns out some guy sells this stuff and what he doesn't sell that day he brings down there and the workers hand them out to whoever wants them. The stuffed toy was part of a bouquet of flowers.
I planted out some of the plants in my garden and brought the rest round to a friend, who in return gave me a never used Baby's travel bottle warmer.
To keep the good Karma going I'm waiting on someone from freecycle coming to collect my no longer needed pushchair.
What a great day of freebies!

So what's the best freebie you have ever had?

We have a board dedicated to freebies of all kinds and they have a long running thread on what freebies people got - so I'll move your post across to join them.

I'm sure you'll find it interesting to follow.

    :)

Either the Norwich Union free mobile phone, but more likely, the Zurich free wine for opening an account which they subsequently discontinued and paid me over £100 (was it £150?) for the inconvenience.

Or maybe the T'R'U portable dvd player, they never even charged me for the p+p!
