Financial obudsmon, PLEASE HELP

:mad: i just called the financial ombudsmon today to start my cliam with them (the 3rd step in reclaiming for my bank charges) i am in financial hardship and i was told by a gentleman he wouldnt help me at all, and in fact he couldnt help me.
