Hi
sold something on ebay for £15 (£20 with p&p) they payed it into Paypal but when i looked theres only £19.12 there ?
Have Paypal took a fee ?
do paypal charge you for people payin into yr paypal account ?

Yes Paypal make a charge. There is a list of there fees on there site. Its worth before you list stuff working out both ebay and paypal fees to make sure your covering your costs

Yes. You really need to into PayPal and have a look at fees. Currently 3.4% + 20p.

Lol, you could try doing what this seller is doing, by putting a disclaimer, in the 1st few months they only accepted PO/cheques, and avoided PP fees.:

Haven’t set up paypal yet so only accepting cheques, postal order etc thanks

Please note i prefer payment by postal order and cheque (i dont agree with payapl i think its too much taking more off) please respect that and keep that in mind before bidding thankyou

Not if you're a private seller.
Only 7.5% if you're a business seller.
