Morning
Shopping in tescos and noticed that their credit card are offering 0% purchases for 12 months and a bonus 500 clubcard points when the card gets accepted (and would earn points everytime I spend in tesco or not), but can anyone tell me if they give a good credit limit, because I was also thinking about the Halifax credit card 0% purchases for 15months (checked in branch and am auto accepted by their internal systems-therefore I presume I wouldnt be credit scored).
TIA

Just got approved for the Tesco card with a £7500 limit, so seems fairly generous.
Good Luck :beer:0 -

Think I'm going to try for the tesco instead first off, becuase the Halifax is also 0% for 12mnths. Does anyone know who Tesco does their credit card with?? eg MBNA/Halifax etc0

Tesco and Natwest Bills look exactly the same, so I presume Natwest, though I think I remember a post on here a few weeks ago saying they were changing.0

I applied for tesco credit card online, but at the beginning of the application where it asked for name and address details it said there was a problem with the system and gave me reference numbers along with todays date and time I applied, what do I do with this?? I dont really want to do another application if one is already open (and I dont know if a credit score was done).
has anyone else had this problem before??

Used to be part of the RBS family, but not any longer."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
The Tesco Clubcard MasterCard says RBS on my latest statement0

Existing cards won't be affected. Not sure if they're completely independent now, but it's been reported on the main stoozing site they're no longer underwritten by RBS."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -

This keeps happening to me and I can't get any further with the application. It says their systems are temporarily unavailable, but it's been saying that for 4 days so if there's a problem they should announce it on their website.0 -
Hi, see nothing in Tesco site re 500 points, if card application gets approved. Do you happen to know what was the deadline for the deal?Morning
