buy it now listing fees

Hi all, I am looking to sell my mobile phone as my contract has ended. Was going to do a buy it now or best offer but have never used a buy it now format so unsure of what the fees will be for such.
It is a mobile phone which used to be on contract but not now so i have a new sim carrd which i am going to include (PAYG) so buyer can use it if they want as its same network as my old contract.
Therefore does my phone come under the category phone with contract as it initially had a contract (£7.**) listing fee i think or just mobile phone. If just a mobile phone which is coming under a technology item how much is the buy it now fee for listing this say at £80.
Tia, any advice appreciated.
Also is it better to send using special delivery when it comes to phones? Is that recorded or better than recorded..

All buy nows are 40p whatever the value. Final value same as auction. Best offer free but watch out for extras like more photos. You are just selling a PAYG phone as you have paid for it with your contract. Always use SD and note the IMEI number.0
