Had one in past
Experian
Sometimes you get instant decision but usually its manual unless excellent credit
Agreement in the post 99% of the time
Credit limits are low to non customers - vary from £700 - £2500. Mine started at £900 and went upto £3000 in like 3yrs so not great.
HTH
p.s. used to have one that is why I know, closed it when I closed my YB account about 2yrs ago so not much has changed because mother in law uses and she still moans about the same stuff that made me leave!

Its because he has applied outwith normal credit scoring times mate - if you apply outside Mon-Thu 08.00-20.00 and Fir 08.00-17.30 then it will be referred as they don't all give decisions when the call centres are shut. Dunno why but it is clearly mentioned on a lot of the applications i've made lately - and trust me, i've made a few alright lol
If you ever apply for owt, do it during office hours - but sometimes going to referral is a good thing if you have a problem that a human would spot and ignore but that a computer would miss and reject.
