:j :T Not been on for a while as finally moved house and all went smoothly on completion day, after months of worry with the first buyer pulling out. I've definately got a lot greyer.
I even had to laugh when the removal van got a couple of punctures and we didn't move in until later even though we had the keys by lunch.
And guess what never heard from the estate agent through the whole process from the time our second buyers put in their offer!
The house is still on rightmove, they must know we've moved as they will have been paid by our solicitors (waste of space).
Anyway thanks to everyone who gave me lots of advice and support. I hope I can now return the favour again to those of you who are in the process of buying as I feel I've done a university degree in house buying and selling.
Many Thanks to the best bunch of peeps.

Congratulations and enjoy your new home!
I had to laugh a little when you said that your removal company got a puncture. Things never go according to plan, do they? When I moved house 3 months ago my removal company got a parking ticket :rotfl:
Of course I didn't find it as funny when they added it onto our invoice. :rolleyes:0 -
:hello:
Glad to hear you're all moved in. Still celebrating hopefully! :beer:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

This was only a stop gap unfortunately. The new For Sale board went up this morning! Gluttons for punishment, absolutely, but we've found a house virtually across the road which will tick every box for us. Maybe we'll stick for a while then.

Anyone want a two bed end of terrace? :rotfl:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
