Derbyshire Wayfarer ticket

i want to travel from Sheffield to Birmigham. Can anyone tell me if I buy a Derbyshire Wayfarer ticket can i legally stay on the train and then use the ticket that i hav bought from Derby to Birmingham?

Wrong forum, but to answer your question they only allow travel within Derbyshire so no.0

The wayfarer does allow travel to and from some towns outside the county, including Sheffield.
I see no reason why it can't be used for a journey from Sheffield to Birmingham, provided a valid ticket is bought between Derby and Birmingham.0
