my cats never get fleas, but when they were younger i got them some pretty collars (they are siamese, they DESERVED them

one of the cats hated it and developed a very nasty sore under the neck, on the throat. they haven;t worse collars since. although i must admit to putting them in neckershiefs from time to time!0 -
One of my two (brothers, they just like to be ruddy awkward!) is allergic to frontline. So I have one on frontline and one on stronghold.
Seems to be the luck of the draw what they react to
My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I have removed the collars - they all had red skin where they had been - poor things. I am so annoyed this happened! There must have been something nasty in those chemicals for all 4 of them to react.....
Must go to the vet and get some frontline.... they are out in the fields beside the house all day - lots of wild rabbits and hedgehogs etc around - so I'd better do something before they catch fleas! Thanks for all the replies.0 -
Hope they are a bit better now. I really cannot understand they Bob Martin are still allowed to sell their products.0

I'd take the collars back to where you bought them for an attempted refund - not fit for purpose if your cats can't wear them!
Otherwise, agree with the frontlining.
Hope their itchiness clears up soon
