Seller Fees

Does anyone ever find their seller fees are wrong or don't add up? I just got an invoice in specifying I need to pay 16.34 for the invoice up until 15th May. Yet, on the detailed listing (where you can check individual things back for up to 4 months) it states up until today (18th) the balance is 9.57.

I've just spent twenty minutes on the phone to an american ebay helpline woman to try and work it out, but she's not listening :)

I too have often wondered about this - but its too complicated for me to work out and must admit I just defer to them being better at maths than me ( not hard ) - be interesting to hear from anyone who has caught them out so to speak

It's because it doesnt update properly and it's all confusing!. I've just gone back to my account to look through again, and the balance has changed! Even though i'm looking at the same time period as I did five minutes ago & nothing has been added or subtracted!!

I also noticed that when on the final page of listing an item, the figures or total before clicking 'List Item' does not add up. It is usually a few pence off to the FVF invoice. Thought it was just me.

They could probably make a fortune off of people by just adding a few pence/pounds here and there and no one would be the wiser!
