Using credit card in conjunction with PayPal - cash advance?

Might be a silly question, but wanted to use my card to pay for something on eBay using my Vanquis card through Paypal. Before I do this I wanted to check again that this would just count as a normal purchase, not a cash advance?

Don't want to use it for cash ever!

    I use paypal on my other credit cards to pay for items on ebay and have never paid a cash advance fee.
