Hi I just applied for a capital one credit card, i went through all the forms and there system give all 3 ticks inital credit check etc, id verified then had to fill a form in saying I didnt want ppi etc after.

Does this mean its been accepted?

    Did you sign a credit agreement online? It normally gives you an answer straight away, whether that's an acceptance, a decline or a refer.

    Yes I filled a credit agreement online, ticked the boxes except ppi. Clicked submit. Didnt see if it said the above

    i didnt get accepted straight away so i didnt know until they sent me the form.

    if you didnt get the 'accepted' screen then what was the last page?

    You probably got referred. Ring them on their existing applications line and they'll tell you if you've been accepted or not.

    Hopefully, if not then okay I had one years ago with them and always paid etc.

    Exact thing happened to me last week and i wasn't sure if i'd been accepted, it's not really clear is it.

    I applied last monday and got my pin around thursday and my card arrived today so it turned out i was accepted, hopefully it will mean the same for you.
