NatWest Investigating my claim....STILL!

I've started the process of reclaiing my PPI for my loan, this was about a month ago now maybe less and with that I've had 2 letters from Natwest telling me they are looking into my claim and it should take 4 weeks at the least, that was the first letter, the next letter said pretty much the same!

Hi by the way....

What shall I do? Wait and see what happens or haggle them and get onto them about it?

They all have 8 weeks, some however respond sooner than others, so bear with it for the remainder of the time, if you hear nothing, contact the financial ombudsman service.;)
