Curtain fabric

I have been looking for ages for some fabric to make curtains and have found a couple I like. The problem is the place I have found have a serious mark up. I have found some of the other fabrics that they do for sale at other outlets for less than half what they ask. I can't find out who makes these 2 fabrics or anywhere…

No the 2 was an error, also thinking about decking in the garden so in the habit of thinking in terms of m2! As my window for this fabric is quite narrow I will only be using one width be that 48" or 54" although furnishing fabric does tend to be 54" the Mayfair by Blendworth is 48", however that will still be nearly double width, plenty.

As I am only talking 31/2 m then all of them are within my price range.
