Can anyone help me I was put into bankruptcy 3 years ago, however i feel that at that time I was paying excessive late payment charges and I beleive that I was mis sold PPI. Could I be in a position now to go back on all those credit card accounts that I held and try and re-claim these charges back. I just feel that all these excessive charges did not help me at the time and compounded my debts. The only negative is that I knocked all the companies involved so not sure what if one can I make a claim and secondly how would they respond to my requests. I would appreciate any comments or pointed in the right direction for further advice.

You can't claim against any a/c's that were included in your bankruptcy0
