lightspeed panel?

I've been trying to redeem points since Friday, but every time I click on "Enter Shop" I get taken to a site called Perks Plus...

Anyone got any idea what's going on?

It's just their rewards area. From the FAQs:

PerksPlus is the platform specifically designed to provide the most rewarding customer experience to all LightSpeed Consumer Panel members. PerksPlus is the tool we use to manage the Reward Zone.

Also, perksplus.com comes up as green on WoT if that helps..

I had an email from them saying that my voucher was cancelled do to a technical error.. and to allow 3-5 business days to get my credit back..... My points did appear back in my account very quickly though, so I'm just waiting on a reply from them regarding whether they'll be implementing the option to pay into Paypal when the email address is different (like at least one other survey company I know of does), or whether I should try to order the same vouchers again..

I don't know whether the error was caused by Perks Plus, or Lightspeed admin, but I'll wait and see what they say.

i just went to paypal and added my survey email address to paypal, problem solved

Yeah thanks. The lovely lady at Lightspeed told me that, so I've now added my 'survey email address' and await my funds (it still wanted a home address though, which I thought odd..).

I do surveys for this mob (lightspeed panel) but I have never redeemed any points from them as of yet. footnote; I sometimes think that some of the surveys are too long.

I have been doing surverys for these for a few weeks now and have got 1190 points.

I would be a bit wary about having paypal funds, as they (paypal) charge you for incoming funds?

Thanks for this, i totally forgot and was having mine all changed to paypal vouchers.

Is anyone else having problems where they fill out a survey, yet the points never arrive. I've emailed them and got told they will look into it and it may take a while. Surely a week is long enough??

Hadn't had any problems up until now but now can't login and when I ask for a password reminder I get 'You have not completed panel registration. Check your email for a confirmation letter'. Also realised that I haven't had any surveys for quite a while. :mad:

Have emailed so will wait and see if I get a response

I find my points are always there as soon as I finish the survey.

I had this happen with pigsback didnt recognise my email and said i wasnt registered!! had only earnt 235 points but didnt bother emailing as would rather go through quidco actually, but its really annoying! ive done a couple of lightspeed surveys, only just joined them so only have 190points so far!
