lightspeed panel?

Is there anyone registered on Lightspeed that can tell me how to redeem points? The system is telling me to go into my points account page then click "redeem" but there is no redeem button. There is an "enter shop" button but if I click on that I just get chinese characters.

I've already resigned from this panel once as I had the same problems and the customer service department wouldnt help me, but I thought I'd give it another go- only I won't waste my time doing any more of their surveys if its impossible to redeem points!

i also had problems with light speed. i use to redeem points as soon as possible so i was not owed a huge amount.

I was asked 6-9 moths ago to install some software as a study, basically it tracked all my Internet use all of the time.

I wasn't confident with the third party who wanted to shadow my Internet use, i.e bills and banks so i refused.

Have not been contacted since and also not been able to redeem points either.
Ive sacked them now. Rubbish..

You need to 'enter shop' then select from the list 'shop by catagory' eg Paypal then click on amount you can get for number of points you have, you will then get the redeem now button.

I just did mine and redeemed for £75 Argos vouchers.

yeah- tried the enter shop button several times, it brings up a load of chinese characters, and wont accept my lightspeed user name or password. Customer services no help whatsoever. Anyone else had this problem?

I think they're one of the best survey companies and haven't had any trouble. Maybe its a problem with the browser your using??? I redeemed my points yesterday and all was fine.

wow u left all those points! i redeem every £5 - no additional incentive for higher redemption + if they go belly up you loose everythin.

TBH I thought that I had redeemed them ages ago, I only went and looked after seeing this thread.

It is difficult to redeem the points, because of website difficulties .... I always order an amazon voucher, and to be fair when I manage to navigate the flipping purchase system, its delivered immediately to my inbox.

There is no way I would allow some software to track my browsning.
You don't even know if they are keeping your data secure.

Got my vouchers today, has to be the quickest delivery from any of the survey panels that I am signed up to.

Now, what to buy with them?

I just went to redeem some points, after seeing/remembering that they expire after 2 years! Don't want them to start disappearing: I do have about 220 points from March '07! :eek: Why/whether they're still there I don't know, but thought I should get it while I can!

I was delighted to see that they'll pay into Paypal. Then I checked and realised that they'll only pay into the email addy on your profile... :wall:

Vouchers it is then :rolleyes:

EDIT: lol how weird.. they'll only send money to the paypal email in your profile, yet when I ordered paper vouchers, I was forced to enter a 'new' address to send them to. How bizarre!
