Hello - I'm sure this has been asked before (my apologies - too daft to find the answer).
Can you recommend a Muffin cookbook please? I've borrowed one from the library, its very good but out of print so I can't get a copy from amazon (well, I can but its £180) :eek:

I have a good one - "Muffins - Fast and Fantastic!" by Susan Reimer. It's a slim paperback - I bought it in Waterstone's and it was £5.99.0
