in How much have you saved?
I followed Martin's advice for PPI reclaiming, I managed to claim back £1,400 from a loan with HSBC. Who, weren't very happy when I initially called to ask questions about reclaiming. But, were very happy to help after I made a complaint about their staff.

Also managed to help a colleague claim back £1,500, with another 3 claims in the pipeline for PPI alone!!!!:A
