I just got turned down for a Virgin CC as i have an other CC ( i was going to do a BT).
I have read that capital one and halifax are the best, IE easy to get!
Is this true? I only have £1500 to transfer, i reckon i could have it paid off within 9-12 months, so would like a 0% for a year. (so i dont have to swap again!)
I only want to apply for 1 more, as it all shows on my record, which is rated as "Good" with 453 points.

Do you have another MBNA card? Is that why Virgin rejected you?
Lenders reject for loads of reasons, how much other debt you have (loans, cards and overdrafts), how much you are earning, whether you are on the electoral roll, how long you have had your job, how long you have lived at current address etc etc.
0% for a year will be impossible without a fee.
As you say, Capital 1, Halifax and Egg are usually a bit more generous than most with credit limits, but much depends on whether they like your profile.
Who do you bank with too? They may offer you a 0% deal as an existing current account customer.
As you say - only do one more application to avoid it all showing on your record, and then think about alternative ways to repay the £1500 at lowest cost.
Good luck.

thanks for the post.
I bank with natwest, i've asked in branch and they dont offer anything.
I have a barclaycard (transfer) a morgan stanley and a natwest one! last 2 are joint.
I can accept a transfer fee if its 9-12 months. its just the intrest i am throwing away!0
