What is the cheapest young drivers car insurance company i am 16 now next year in may i'll be 17 and need to start saving up so i can have a car next year thinking about buying a honda civic 1.3 M reg off a mate fairly cheap but insurance is a bummer cheapest i've been quoted is £1500 i was hoping every one could help me bring this down a little more
