How long is it reasonable to have to wait for a win to arrive?

Just asking beacause I won a comp with Mealsavers and they notified me 6 weeks ago, but despite several emails I still haven't received my prize... To be fair they have replied to my emails, but I don't seem to be any nearer to receiving them. Getting a bit miffed now

I am having a similar situation with a comp I won - they sent half the prize but it's been weeks now and they haven't sent the rest I have e-mailed and they answer saying they will look into it but nothing ever comes. I feel rude botheirng them too much though when it's a prize but I want it
