Email address for Lloyds TSB?

Hi folks, can't seem to find an email address for enquiries on the Lloyds website. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

doesn't seem to have an email address on it anywhere - or am I going completely mad? (...not impossible...)

Do you have scripts disabled in your browser? Noscript shows scripts from lloydstsb.com and clickshift.com trying to run on the page.

Officially Lloyds are still in the stone age, and don't deal with emails - the advisors give out direct lines / mobile numbers, but don't have an email address to give out!

Natwest are just as bad.

Egg have a great secure email system available when you login so you can contact them online. Even ebuyer have a decent enotes system.

Why the banks are so far behind on the 'online' front is beyond me. Its so frustrating.

It's probably best the banks avoid using emails where possible, as otherwise some people would end up sending account details by email, which is obviously a security risk.

I wouldn't be surprised if the email address in D1zzy's post was just a name, and any email sent there would just bounce back.

It is a "useable" email, I have replied to it and had responses. It is generic but not automated - the responses coming from different people in "Email Support"

HSBC are always very good when you contact them through internet banking, so are Nationwide. You have to logon to send messages to both of these so they can authenticate it is you before actioning the request.
