credit card repayment or balance transfer problems

hi, new to this and am looking some good advice
i have an out-standing mastercard balance of £3000. i have tried several different companies to get a balance transfer but have been unsuccessful on every occassion. what should i do so i can pay this off without paying the interest. i received the mastercard from the bank of ireland- i only got the card because i had car damages to pay from an accident that i didnt want to process on insurance cause of the huge increase on premium cause of my age.
