Lloyds TSB Credit Card Appliacation

Hi,
I have just done a credit card application on internet banking as I have my current and savings account with LLoyds, at the end of the application it gives a reference number and says they will contact you within 4 days. Now I am on holiday so I am wondering if they will write to you, text you or email you, of if the account (If successful) will just appear on internet banking ?.

They'll send a letter to your home address. You can also ring them and find out if you've been accepted, usually the same day.0
