Black Horse Loan....any ideas??

Hi everyone, just a quickie.....does anyone know if I can reclaim loan charges from a loan taken out with Black Horse about four years ago?
They would not enter into any kind of correspondence with me after I lost my job, I was swiftly taken to court and given a CCJ. I sold my house and was able to pay off the loan in full, and I got a Certificate from their solicitors to prove it.
I have just requested a transcript of the charges on the account (the same way you would if you were reclaiming credit card charges), and they had slapped on so many charges, admin fees, "activity fees....in fact, the loan was around £6k, I ended up repaying just over £10k to get rid of them....this was ALL charges!!!!
And to add insult to injury, the letter detailing this, says that I still owe them £50 quid, despite their solicitor sending me the certificate confirming it is paid in full!!!
What can I do? Can I reclaim any of it?
Any advice gratefully received!!
