I sold something once that didn't arrive..... "son was really upset as he has leukeamia and it's our hobby to buy warcraft things off ebay together while he's in bed" really tugged at my heartstrings and almost packaged up some extra goodies, until I figured out that they actually sold these items and no doubt duly sold that and the repleacement I sent. (I was undercutting the highstreet by loads on these items so they would have made a profit, pretty sure they did it as they knew I had more than one to sell aswell) and could therefore replace)

I should really have stuck a claim in with RM to at least let them see if this person made a habit out of doing that, but as I was in the process of moving at the time it was a bit of a pain!

I have had a few later payers, most pay within 3 days.

I do sometimes get an e-mail before hand basicalkly saying "can i pay when I get paid?" to which I usually don't mind.

After they have bought the item does annoy me a bit but as long as they are honest and it isn't anything unreasonable then I don't mind.

In both cases I usually point out I list items to cover times i will be able to post them and that delayed payment can lead to it taking me a few days to get it in the post.

It probably would have been quicker to pay you than to email you, but some people are a bit nutty.

Just take 7 days to post the item - say you are rescuing cats or something.

Well I had a look at their feedback today, all well and 100%, but funny on the day my auction ended, they also won a buy it now and paid on the day instantly. Shame they couldnt pay for my item instantly as well!!!

I would never buy something if i did not have the money ready to pay.

Whats with saying i will pay on the x? If you are online and sending a message why not just pay would have been quicker than messaging about it you would think? grrr on your behalf op.
