Yep, I'm quite glad that I found her site and vids as they are quite informative as well as being entertaining.0 -
I am going to have a go at making the choc chip muffins but I want to make them as choc muffins not plain sponge.
Does anyone know how much cocoa powder to add and do I lessen the flour if I add the cocoa so it still weighs the same?
I'm making 3 lots of the Lamb Doner Kebab from the Takeaway Secret book so I want to make the most of the oven space.0 -
she mentions 70g baking cocoa (I'm guessing that's just plain cocoa) underneath the recipe, but she doesn't mention how to use it, maybe just add it along with the flour?
if you're not pleased with them I have a killer triple choc muffin recipe ... chocolate sponge, white chocolate chunks & plain chocolate chunks
I'm happy to share0 -

Thanks Swan, I shall try the Titli one tomorrow and if it bombs I'll come back and may try your recipe next time.

Please post your recipe Swan.... I want it. DD1 loooooves choc muffins, and mine are usually pale and not lovely and dark chocolately like the ones you buy.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

I'm not sure I'm allowed post a recipe in this thread, so I've put it in an existing muffin thread
HERE'S the link to it0 -
