Hi everyone, I'm a regular lurker on this board.

Just wanted to know if anyone knows of any crafting sites or OS sites, as I want some inspiration as I've started knitting, cross-stitching and was bought a sewing machine for xmas. I want to get the most out of all of them, but get stuck on what to do & this year I want to make a conscious effort to hand make most presents without spending to much money.

Any ideas or websites would be great!" :D

I use craftster.org- loads of things on there and nice people quite often post their patterns for free. :) have fun.
I don't often return to a thread I've posted on so.... if you want to ask me about anything I've written please pm me- I don't bite.

Thank you TFMF!" Hopefully I'll be able to practice enough to actually be able to give things as presents:)

If you're a knitter, then you definitely shouldn't be without ravelry. Lots of patterns for absolutely everything, many of them free.

    Hi there
I put my stuff on cutoutandkeep, there are some great makes on there. Crafts Beautiful has some lovely projects too. Otherwise, have a look at my blog (it's under my homepage if you click on my forum name) I've got a list of favourite blogs that I read on the right hand side, some inspiring stuff there.

Thank you FlutterbyUK, just seen some gorgeous booties that I'd love to try & knit for my friends baby when he's here, I've got a few months to practice.
