Please could somebody help me or offer some advice. I want to reclaim charges of over £6000 for the last 6 years. I know the wording is different in the letters on business account reclaims and because the amount is over £5000. Been hunting in the forums its taken me ages. So please all you wonderful people out there can you please help.
