Anyone have a Citi Credit Card of any type that could tell me when they do increases to limits? Do you have to ring them or is it automated and when can you ask, 3mths, 6mths or no timeframe?
Do they do a credit search if you request an increase?
Thanks

I have a Citi Card and they upped mine after about 4 months - opened card with 500 limit in the Feb, limit was upped to 750 in the June.
Does that help?*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

Oooops I just clicked the increase limit tab on online banking and it said sorry not at this time.... maybe i've just shot myself in the foot then and have to wait 6mth before reapplying LOL

You need to wait 6 months after an increase to request another - this is even if they upped it without asking them
AFAIK you can only ask for a 50% increase on the limit.0 -

It didn't let me go that far, I clicked the link and got 'sorry we cannot offer a higher limit at the present time' but my a/c is only 3mth old hehe
So do I now wait 6mth from now or would the decline not count....?2010 - year of the troll
