I have a 0% on purchases for 9 months card from halifax, thing is i cant get cash using it (will get charged interest) or do a super balance tranfer with it (for stoozing
)
what im wondering - is there some way i can use paypal to get my hands on the cash whilst it still counting as a 'purchase' thereby staying on the 0% interest for 9 months deal?

Yes you could, but it wouldn't be worth it for stoozing. Paypal charges 3.4%.0

You can get cash if you get high value items you can re-sell for good price. Time consuming but it works0

all i need to do is get my hands on cash so i can buy a car from a private seller, can i transfer the money into my own paypal account, then into my bank account and would it count as a purchase thereby allowing me to stay on the 0% on purchases deal?0

I think it's unlikely that would count as a purchase, no.
I don't see any way you can do this, apart from spending the money and slow-stoozing.
The expection would be if they gave you some credit card cheques on the same deal. They send me them occasionally. Read the T+Cs VERY carefully though. There are almost certainly exclusions.0
